In the name of God Amen

I Elizabeth Burcombe of Colnbrook in the County of Bucks

widow Relict and administratrix of all and Singular the 

goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of my Late husband John

Burcombe late of Colnbrook aforesaid Weaver deceased 

Intestate do make and publish my last Will and Testament

in manner following whereas my said late husband before

our Inter marriage together by his Bond or obligation bearing

date the thirty first day of December 1715 did become bound

into my late father William Howard since deceased in the 

penal sum of four hundred pounds with Condition there 

underwritten for making void the same upon the payment

of the sum of two hundred pounds to my use within six days

after my said late husbands decease in case I should happen 

to survive him as in and by the said Bond or obligation

and condition relation being there unto had it dethand?

mat more fully appear Now I do by this my Last Will give

and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Burcombe the Sum 

of one hundred and forty pounds part of the said sum of

two hundred pounds and the other sixty pounds I give

and bequeath unto my Son William Burcombe fifty pounds

and I Give and Bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Prince

Ten pounds I Give and Bequeath unto my said daughter

Ann Burcombe all my wearing linnen and apparel

all the Rest and Residue of my personal Estate of what

kind or nature soever not herein before me Given and 

bequeathed I Give and bequeath unto my said Son William

Burcombe and to my said daughter  Ann Burcombe 

equally to be divided betwixt them share and share alike

and my will further is that my stock be valued as soon after

my decease as possible and that my son William Burcombe

shall give my daughter Ann Burcombe such security for the 

same as She shall think proper and I do hereby make 

appoint and constitute my said Son and daughter William 

and Ann Burcombe and my friend Mr Richard Pigg Executors 

of this my Will in Witness thereof I have hereunto set my 

hand and seal the thirteenth day of May Seventeen hundred 

fifty seven in the Thirtieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign

Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain

France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth

and in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred

and fifty Seven    Eliz: Burcombe the Testator

as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of 

us who have Subscribed our Names as witnesses at the 

request and in the presence of the said Testator and in 

the presence of each other   Eliz Besouth, Frans Bowry
