Will of Virgo, William 28 Jun 1819

I William Virgo in the presence if Almighty God

and in the parish or Wyrardisbury in the County of Buckinghamshire 

where I now reside thanks to the Supreme Gos possessed of sound mind memory 

and all my usual faculties unimpaired and desirus of disposing of my

small remaining Worldly effects &c. &c. after my decease to give and 

bequeath as follows  All right and claim whatsoever I have now or hereafter 

I may be possessed of and all profts arising issuing or proceeding therefrom 

my said Worldly estate to Mill Eleanor Roberts for her use joint lawful

of herself and sister Maria Roberts Daughters of Mary Roberts my Niece 

of the parish of Abberfrawin County of Anglesea now living there and 

the daughters with me also appointing Eledu Roberts sole Executrix 

nevertheless subject to all debts and legacies that may be attached to it hereafter

consisting of Bonds Notes of hand interest annuities mortgages reversions a

life interest ct ct however doubtful and debts of what or nature that may be 

due to the Estate and do hereby revoke all former Wills heretofore made and do

declare this to be my last Will and testament As Witness my hand and 

seal this 3rd day of August 1818   Will Virgo   Sealed published and 

declared my above Testator in the parish of us as his last Will and Testament

as Witnesses we here unto do set our names   Wm Tomson   Robt Style Jnr
