In the Name of God Amen

I John Kimber of Colnbrook in the parish of Langley 

Marish in the county of bucks Millwright and 

carpenter being weak in body but of sound and 

disposing mind memory and understanding do

make and ordain this my last will and Testament as 

follows I give devise and bequeath all my estates 

real and personal and all other my property and 

effects of whatever nature or description they may

be at the time of my decease to my wife Ann

Kimber her heirs and assigns forever she paying 

thereout my just debts funeral and testamentary

expenses subject nonetheless and I hereby charge  the 

said property and effects with one half of the necessary

maintenance of my Mother Elizabeth Kimber which

I direct may be paid my my said wife Ann Kimber 

for and during my said Mother Elizabeth Kimber’s

life I also direct that my said wife Ann Kimber 

may have the eight day stock and the two mahogany

chests of draws that are now in the parlour of the

house my mother resided in lastly I nominate 

constitute and appoint Mr John Ingram of Iver in 

the county of Bucks paper maker and Mr Attlee 

hunt of Harmondsworth in the county of Middlesex

farmer joint executors to this my Will hereby 

revoking all former Will or Wills by me at any 

time heretofore made declaring this to be my last 

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 

and seal this fifteenth day of September in the year

of our Lord One thousand and eight hundred and two

by the said John Kimber as and for his last will and 

Testament in the presence of us who at his request

in his presence and in the presence of each other 

have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto  Tho
