I Elizabeth Kimber
of the parish of Horton in the County of Bucks
widow being in good health and sound and having mind
memory and understanding do make this my last
will and testament in manner and form following
that is to say first I give devise and bequeath
to my daughter Ann Kimber the sum of one
hundred and thirty pounds stock in the 5 per cents
Money and likewise my S Damask Table Cloth best
sheocs? China and glass and my double chest of
drawers and also to my daughter Elizabeth the
wife of William Redworth I give the Interest of
two hundred and seventy pounds stock as above
for and during her natural life and after her decease the
principal to be divided between her children equally
share and share alike if more than one and of but
one to have the while and also I give and
bequeath to my son Peter Kimber the Interest of
two hundred pounds stock as above for and during
his natural life and after his decease the principal
to be equally divided between his children of more
than one born in lawful wedlock and if one to
have the whole but if he shall die without lawful
Issue then the said principal to be equally divided
between the children of my daughter Elizabeth
Redworth aforesaid and likewise I give to my son
the said Peter Kimber my Blue Bed and furniture
for his own use and benefit And I also I bequeath
to my daughter Mary Moxon the Interest of two
hundred pounds Stock as above for and during
her natural life but if my said daughter Mary
Moxon should die without lawful Issue the said
two hundred pounds to be equally divided between
the children of my said daughter Elizabeth
Redworth and also whatever Monies shall become
due to me from time to time by virtue of my
being with Mr Ingram now of Uxbridge the
joint representative of my late Grand-daughter
Elizabeth Kimber deceased I Give and bequeath
in equal shares between my children before named
and my son Joseph Kimber or the survivors or
survivor of them and all the rest residue and
remainder of my Estate and property being wholly
personal of whatever kind I give and bequeath to my
said son Joseph Kimber of his own proper use and
benefit after my just debts and funeral expenses
are fully paid and discharged and I hereby appoint
ordain and constitute my said son Joseph Kimber
the sole executor of this my last will and testament
being the first I ever made the erazures and
Interhieations being done before my execution of
this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of
December One thousand eight hundred and five
Elizth Kimber Signed sealed declared and
published by the above named Elizabeth Kimber
and as for her last Will and Testament in the
presence of us who at her request and in her
presence have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto Wm Carr S Rowles
Proved in London 19 Jan 1808 to Joseph Kimber
On the 2nd November 1842
Administration with the Will annexed
of the Goods chattels and biedit?
of Elizabeth Kimber late of the
parish of Horton in the County
of Bucks Widow deceased left
un-administered by Joseph Kimber
deceased whilst living the son
sole executor and residuary
legatee named in the said
will was granted to Ann
Bailey (wife of the Rev
William Bailey) the
Administratrix with the Will annexed to the
un-administered Goods of
the said Joseph Kimber
deceased having been first
sworn in duty to administer
The said Joseph Kimber
made his Will and appointed
his brother Peter Kimber
and James Ruff executors
and they said Peter Kimber
proved the said will
and died intestate and the
said James Ruff died without
having proved the same.
