In the name of God Amen

I Ann Kimber of Colnbrook in the County of Bucks Spinster being of sound and disposing

mind memory and understanding thanks be to God for the same after commending my soul

to God so make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is

to say first it is my Wish and I so hereby direct that I may be buried in Langley Church

yard as wear as may be to where my late brother was interred and according to the directions

given by me to my niece Ann Bailey after named and after payment of all my just

debts testamentary and funeral expenses and the expenses of proving this my Will and 

which I hereby direct my Executrix after names to defray and discharge as soon as 

conveniently may be after my decease I hereby give and bequeath unto my brother Peter

Kimber twenty pounds and I also give and bequeath unto my Sister Mary Moxon the 

sum of twenty pounds to be paid to her as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

together with interest for the same to be computed from the day of my decease and 

also a handsome suit of mourning I also give and bequeath unto my nephew Joseph

Redworth twenty pounds and to my nephew William Redworth one hundred pounds to be 

paid them as soon as conveniently may be after my decease together with interest for

the same from the time of my decease I also give bequeath unto my niece Mary

Redworth Sister of the said Joseph and William Redworth the sum of two hundred and 

fifty pounds of Sterling to be paid to her as soon as conveniently may be after my decease together

with interest for the same in the meantime to be computed from the day of my decease I

also give and bequeath unto Ann Bailey the infant daughter of Mr William Bailey and

my niece Ann Bailey the sum of three hundred pounds to be paid to her together 

with interest on the same upon her attaining the age or twenty one years or day of marriage

which shall first happen I also give unto William Bailey infant son of the said William 

and Ann Bailey one hundred pounds upon his attaining the age of twenty one years together 

with interest arising thereon I also further give and bequeath unto my said niece 

Mary Redworth all my household furniture and implements of household of which I shall

die possessed to be given to her immediately after my decease as aforesaid I also give and 

bequeath unto my said niece Mary Redworth and to my niece Ann Bailey Wife of 

Mr William Bailey before mentioned my watch and appendages and all my wearing 

apparel plate linen trinkets and China to be equally divided between them share and 

share alike and lastly I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said niece Ann Bailey all

the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects of what nature or kind soever 

the same may consist for her sole and separate use independent of and without being

subject to the control or debts of her present or any future husband hereby constituting and

appointing her my residuary Legatee and I do hereby direct my Executrix after named

to sell out and dispose of or transfer into the names of the Legatees hereinbefore mentioned

so much stock standing in my name at the time of my decease in the books of the Governor

and Company of the Bank of England as shall be sufficient to pay and satisfy the 

several sums hereinbefore given and bequeathed to them expressly in manner 

and at the times hereinbefore directed and particular used and I do hereby nominate 

constitute and appoint my said niece Ann Bailey sole Executrix of this my Will hereby

revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and so published and declare 

this to be my last Will and Testament contained in this and the preceding sheet of paper 

In witness whereof I have hereinto set my hand and seal that is to say my hand to the

first sheet and my hand and seal to the second and last sheet of paper this sixteenth day

of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five 

Ann Kimber     Signed sealed published and declared by the said Tesatrix Ann 

Kimber as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence

and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as Witnesses thereto
