In the Name of God Amen

I William Passingham of Poyle in the Parish of Stanwell in the County of

Middlesex Yeoman being weak in body but of sound mind memory and

understanding do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament as follows

Whereas I have one hundred pounds out at use in the hands of my Son William

Passingham also a further  sum of one hundred pounds at use in the hands of my

son Clem Passingham and also a further sum of sixty pounds at use in the 

hands of my son in Law William East the husband of my daughter Elizabeth 

for which I have their respective Notes of Hand payable With Interest I am

also in possession of a Real Estate situate in Poyle aforesaid Now I do hereby

direct that my Executrix hereinafter named do as soon as conveniently may be 

after my decease call in the said Monies on Notes of hand with all Interest 

due thereon and further devise the said Real Estate situate at Poyle to my 

said Executrix their heirs and Assigns forever on this special trust that is to 

sell by Public Auction or otherwise my said Real Estate at Poyle and also  to 

convert into Money all other the property I may die possessed of Real and 

Personal and after paying thereout my just Debts funeral and Testamentary

expenses and also reimbursing themselves all legal and necessary expenses that

may be incurred or that they may be put to in the execution of this my Will I

then give and bequeath the whole of the said property then remaining in their

hands to be equally divided between the whole of my Sons and Daughters who 

may be living at the time of my decease excepting that my Daughter Ann

Bullock my daughter Mary Maish and my daughter Sara G receive five

pounds each more than the other part of my family And lastly I nominate

constitute and appoint my said Daughter Ann Bullock and my said daughter 

Mary Maish joint Trustees and joint Exceutrixes to this my last Will and 

Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore 

made declaring this to be my last In witness whereof I have hereunto set my

hand and seal this twenty sixth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight 

hundred and sixteen.   Willm Passingham   Signed sealed published and declared

by the said William Passingham the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament 

in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our 

names as Witnesses thereto     Thomas Ashton of Colnbrook Bucks   John Fulkes 

of Ditto    Susanna Jeffereys  of Ditto


Proved 25 Sept 1818  to Ann Bullock (wife of John Bullock)  & Mary Maish (wife of Robert Maish)
