This is the last Will

and Testament of me Edward Hetherington of Colnbrook in 

the county of Bucks Taylor and Shew Maker I Give

and devise unto my Brother Joel Hetherington of Hampton

Court Butcher all that my Messuage of Tenement with 

the Outhouses Buildings yards Gardens and Appurts thereunto

belonging situate and being in Colnbrook aforesaid and now

in my own occupation and also all that Orchard called or

known my the Name of the Long Orchard and now in 

the occupation of Mr William Darham situate and being 

in Colnbrook aforesaid and also all that Messuage or 

Tenement with the appurts thereunto belonging situate 

and being in Colnbrook aforesaid as the same is now in 

the occupation of Mr Avery and also all that Messuage 

or Tenement with the appurts thereunto belonging situate

and being in Colnbrook aforesaid as the same is now in

the occupation of William Weaver and also all those

my three Messuages or Tenements with the outhouses

Buildings yards gardens and appurts thereunto belonging

situate and being in Colnbrook aforesaid as the same are 

now in the several occupations of John Barnes Thomas 

Bates and Edward Tanlyn and also all those their Messuages

Cottages or Tenements with the appurts thereunto belonging

and therewith held used and occupied and enjoyed situate and in

being in Colnbrook aforesaid aforesaid and now in the several occupations

of Michael White Thomas Green and James Gristead to have 

and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and Devised

Messuage Cottages or Tenements Outlaws Building Gardens

Orchards Heredits and Premises unto my said Brother Joel

Hetherington his heirs and Assigns for ever Also I Give 

and bequeath unto my said Brother Joel Hetherington

all and singular my household Goods household furniture

live and dead stock Money Chattels and Personal Estate

and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever that shall be remaining after

my Just Debts and funeral Expences are paid and satisfied

And I do make and nominate and appoint my said Brother 

Executor of this my Will In witness whereof I have 

hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of november

in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and 

ninety two  — Edward Hetherington — Signed sealed

published and Declared by the Testator Edward Hetherington

to be his last Will and Testament and attested and subcribed

in his presence by us Joseph Skindle   John Wright   Wm Adams
