This is the first Will and Testament 

of me Henry Hickman of Drominagh in the parish of Iver in the County of 

Bucks Yeoman I give and devise all that my freehold Estate situate in the parish of

Horton in the said County of Bucks with the appurtenances thereto belonging and also 

all other my real property to my wife Martha Hickman for and during the term of 

her natural life she keeping the said premises in good and sufficient repair and from 

and after her decease I give and devise my said freehold Estates and real property to my daughter Harriett

Hickman and my daughter Susannah Margaret Hickman equally between them or to

the survivor of them during the said survivors life and from and after the decease of 

both my said daughters I then give and devise my said freehold Estates to my two sons

Henry Hickman and Harvey Hickman equally between them their respective 

heirs and assigns forever I also give my share or shares and profits in the Whiltshire 

and Berkshire Canal to my aforesaid daughter Harriett Hickman I give and 

bequeath my Watch called my wife’s watch to my aforesaid son Henry

Hickman all the rest Residue and Remainder of my property houses 

furniture and farming stock in Colnbrook and also all other my personal property

whatsoever or wheresoever the same may be I give and bequeath to my aforesaid 

wife Martha Hickman she supporting and maintaining the said Henry Hickman

Harvey Hickman Harriett Hickman and Susannah Margaret Hickman thereout 

and also paying thereout all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and 

from and after the decease of my said wife Martha Hickman I give and bequeath 

the said personal property equally between my aforesaid son Henry Hickman

and my aforesaid son Harvey Hickman share and share alike and lastly I 

nominate constitute and appoint my aforesaid wife Martha Hickman Executrix 

and my aforesaid sons Henry Hickman and Harvey Hickman Executor to this my last will and Original so

Testament hereby revoking all former will or wills by me at any time heretofore 

made declaring this to be my last  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand

and seal this twenty third of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight 

hundred and thirty   —— Henry Hickman —— signed sealed

published and declared bt the said Henry Hickman the testator as and for his last

Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have
