In the name of God Amen

I John Guy of Colnbrook in the County of Buckingham Tallow 

Chandler being in perfect health and calling to mind the uncertainty 

of Life in this world Do make and declare this to be my last Will and 

Testament in manner and form following first and principally

command my soul unto the hands of God who gave it trusting for 

a free pardon of my sins through the merits of Christ my Redeemer 

my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at Langley

among my family and as touching such worldly Estate which it

hath pleased God of his Infinite Goodness to bless me with I

give and dispose there of as followeth first I give devise and

bequeath unto my loving wife Alice Guy All that my copyhold 

Cottage or Tenement at Longford in the parish and Manor 

of Harmondsworth now in the tenure or occupation of William

Edmunds for and during the term of her natural life also I give 

and devise  one moiety or full half part (the whole in two equal

parts to be divided ) of all that my Messuage of Tenement 

called Brook End house and all Barns Stables Outhouses 

Edifices Buildings Orchards Gardens Backsides and Appurtenances

to the said Messuages or Tenement belonging situate and 

being at Brook End in the parishes of Burnham and Dorney

or one of them in the County of Buckingham and also one 

moiety of full half part (the whole in two equal parts to be

divided of all those several closes pieces or parcels of arable Land

Meadow pasture and Wood ground unto the said Messuages

Tenement belonging and when with the same in the parishes 

aforesaid containing in the whole by Estimation four score and 

three acres more or less unto my son John Guy his heirs and assigns

forever And the other moiety or full half part of the said 

Messuage or Tenement Lands and Premisses with the appurtenances

(the whole in two equal parts to be divided) I give and devise unto my 

son James Guy his heirs and assigns for ever Also I give and devise all

that my Meadow or pasture Orchard called Collymeade lying and being

in the parish of Horton in the said County of Buckingham containing

by Estimation Thirty Eight acre and Three Roods (more or less and 

and also one acre of Land lying in Horton field otherwise Colnbrook

field shooting in the said Mead unto my Daughter Beatrice 

Guy and the heirs if her body lawfully to be begotten and for lack 

of such Issue I give and devise the sonne unto my sons William

Guy John Guy and James Guy and their heirs forever I also give 

unto my said Daughter Beatrice Guy and to such person or persons to 

whom the said Mead shall of right come and descend free Liberty of Ingress

Engress and Regress way and passage thro the orchard and yard

belonging to the Tenement in the Occupation of Thomas Baslett? to 

and from Collymead aforesaid I also give unto my said daughter 

the sume of one hundred pounds to be paid her at her age of twenty 

one years and in the mean time I order and direct my Executors to

pay her Interest therefore after the rate of five pounds for one 

hundred pounds by the year Also I give to my said wife all the 

Stock in Trade and all my household Goods Excepting only the pamlelt

bed and furniture which I give to my said daughter all the rest and 

residue of my personal Estate of what kind or denomination soever 

after my debts Legacies funeral expences and Executors reasonable

charges are paid and discharged I give unto and amongst my children 

share and share alike And I do hereby nominate constitute and 

appoint my said sons William Guy and John Guy Executors of this 

my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said John

Guy the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty 

sixth day of February in the year of out Lord one thousand seven

hundred and thirty three — John Guy  Signed Sealed published and 

declared by the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in

the presence of us who have set our Names as witnesses at the request

and in the presence of the said Testator  Samuel Holderness Stephen
