In the name of God Amen,

I Joseph Foster of Colnbrook in the parish of Langley Marish in 

the County of Bucks, Cooper being of disposing mind and   In 

memory and sensible of the uncertainty of Human Life do

make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form 

following (that is to say) after my Just Debts and funeral Expenses

are paid I give and devise unto my beloved Wife Mary Foster

during the Term of her natural Life all that my freehold Messuage 

or Messuages as expressed in the Davse situate and being 

in Mill Lane in Colnbrook in the parish of Langley wherein I

now reside and after her decease I Give and Devise the said freehold

Messuage or Messuages unto my Son Joseph Elly Foster his 

heirs or assigns and Wherever  I am now possessed of the sum of four

hundred and twenty pounds in the three per Cent interest annuities 

or joint stock of the Bank of England I give and devise unto 

my beloved wife Mary Foster the sum of fifty pounds Stock to be 

at her dispose to that she may sell out if she requires it as 

likewise my Will that the remaining part of the said Sum (that 

is to say) the Sum of three hundred and seventy pounds shall remain

in the same stock and that my said Wife Mary Foster shall receive

the Interest arising the refrom toward her Maintenance during her 

Life and after her decease I give and Devise the Sum of eighty 

pounds stock unto my son Joseph Elly Foster his heirs or assigns

I give and devise unto my son Daniel Foster the sum of one hundred and forty pounds Stock or his heirs or assigns I give 

and devise unto my Son Samuel Foster or his heirs or assigns the 

sum of one hundred and forty five pounds Stock I also give and

devise unto my beloved Wife Mary Foster all my Goods and Chattels

of what kind or nature soever that I shall be possessed of at my

decease I also constitute and appoint my beloved wife Mary

Foster Executrix of this my last will and Testament revoking all 

others in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal

this sixteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand

seven hundred and ninety two - Joseph Foster - signed sealed and 

delivered in the presence of - William Carn  - Joseph Rayner - 

Jeremiah Shackell
