This is the Last Will and Testament 

of me Thomas Fennell the elder of Colnbrook in the County 

of Bucks Carpenter as follows I give and bequeath all my 

goods chattels and personal Estate unto my wife Mary ( subject 

to the payment thereout of my debts funeral and 

Testamentary expenses ) and I appoint my Son Thomas 

Fennell my Executor I revoke all my former Wills by me 

heretofore made and I declare this to be my last Will and 

Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my

hand and Seal this twelfth day of August in the year of our

Lord one thousand and seven hundred and eighty nine  T Fennell

— Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator as and

for his least will and Testament in the presence of us   Thos 

Hopkins    Sephn  Round
