This is the last Will and Testament 

of me Thomas Aston of Colnbrook in the parish of Langley Marish in the 

County of Bucks Schoolmaster I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Ashton one

 hundred pounds I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Ashton one hundred pounds

All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estates and 

personal (after my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses are paid ) I give devise

and bequeath to my son John Ashton his heirs and assigns for ever he paying thereout

the legacies herein bequeathed to my two daughters and I hereby charge my real estates

herein devised with the payment of the said legacies of one hundred pounds each to my two

daughters and lastly I nominate constitute and appoint Mr Thomas Maish of Poyle in 

the County of Middlesex Gentleman and my said son John Ashton joint Executors

to this my Will and Testament hereby revoking all former will or wills by me at any

time heretofore made declaring this to be my last In witness whereof I have hereunto 

set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand

eight hundred and twenty four      Thomas Ashton

and testament in the presence of us Joseph Turvell of Beaconsfield Gent
