In the Name of God Amen

I Mary Billton of Colnbrook in the County of Bucks Widow 

being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding do make 

this my last Will and Testament after payment of my debts funeral 

expenses and the charges of proving this my Will I give and bequeath unto

my daughter Elizabeth Davis wife of Miles Davis of Colnbrook aforesaid

all my Stock in the public funds on Government Securities now standing 

in my name or in the joint names of Dennis Bilton my late husband

deceased and my own name in the Books of the Governor and

Company of the Bank of England and the dividends accruing and to

become payable thereon and such ready money of which I may be

possessed at my decease household goods and furniture plate  Linen and

China and also all and every my Estate @ Effects whatsoever and 

wheresoever of what nature or kind soever the same may be or 

consist and in or to which I may be possessed of or any ways entitled 

to at the time of my decease and I divert the same and every part

thereof shall be and taken and received by my said Daughter to and 

for her own sole and separate use and benefit and my mind 

and Will is that the same shall never be subject or liable to the 

debts Control or Engagements of her present or any after taken 

husband in any manner howsoever and I hereby constitute 

and appoint my said Daughter Elizabeth Davis Sole Executrix of 

this my Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me

at any time heretofore made   In Witness whereof I the said 

Mary Billton have to this my Will set my hand and Seal the

fourteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand 

eighteen hundred and foreteen Mary Billton    Signed 

sealed published and declared by the said Testator Mary Billton  

as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her

presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have 

subscribed  our names as Witness thereto Wm Dines Friday Street 

Cheapside   John James Dines   same place


Proved 2 August 1816  to Elizabeth Davis wife of Miles Davis
