In the name of God Amen I Isabell Bowlton of Colebrook in the Countie of Bucks Widow being sicke of body but yett

thankes be to god of good and perfect remembrance doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form

following First I bequeath my soul unto allmightie god my maker and redeemer hopinge and assuringe my self

for givenes of all my sinnes through and by the onely meritts of my saviour Jesus Christ, And as touching my bodie

I bequeath it unto the earth from whence it came: and to be buried in the church yard of Langley Maris by the discretion 

of my Executor and overseers servnder named first my mynd will and intent is that my sonne in Law George Langley

shall have the lease of this my house wherein I now doe dwell with the lease of years therein contayned Item I

give and bequeath unto my Sonne in Lawe John Speare all my moveable goods which now are in my hall and in

the chamber over the hall and in the chamber over the Joyners Shope wholley as they be now stand mer and he

to have two months lybertie next after my deacese w[i]th eyrese and regrese to Fetch and carry a way all such goods

as before bequeathed without aney troble or molestation of any p[er]son or p[er]sons what soever Item I gibe unto Dorethy 

Morth my sufett Gowne to be delivered unto her by my Executrix within a month next after my decease Item I

bequeath unto Marey Larchine my mayde six shillings and eight pence of current money of England to be paid

unto her w[i]thin a month next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Margaret Butler of Horton widow six

shillings of like lawful money to be paid unto her by my executrix as afore said Item I give unto Elizabeth Langley

daughter of George Langley one dussen of painted trenchers and a littell gould ringe to be delivered unto her

w[i]thin a month next after my decease Item I bequeath to George Langley the sonne of George Langley one peece 

of gould of tenn shillinges to be delivered unto him as aforesaid Item I give and bequeath unto Agnis Langley the

daughter of the aforesaid George Langley one peece of gould of tenn shillings to be delivered as aforesaid Item

I give unto Judeth Langley daughter of the said George Langley one peece of gould of tenn shillings to be declared

unto her by my Executrix with a month next after my decease Item more I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth

Speare daughter unto John Speare my Weadding Ring and Tenn shillings of money Item I bequeath unto 

Susan Whitlock Anne Jeffery and Elizabeth Weight my god daughters Twelve pence a peece to be paid unto them

w[i]thin a month next after my decease more I give unto Jone North one of my best platters to be delivered as a fore said

Item I give unto William North my God Sonne fower shillings to be delivered unto hime w[i]thin the month as a fore said

and my meaninge is that there I shalbee one kilderkine of beare and two duson of bread given away unto the poore

at my buryenge And I doe apoynte and constitute Elizabeth Speare my Eldest daughter and wyfe unto John Spear

sole Executive of this my last will and testament and last of all I give and bequeath unto my two sonnes in Lawe

George Langley and John Speare all other my goodes and chattells unbequeathed to be equaley devided betwene 

then my debtes and funerall to be deducted out of all my goodes and chattells whatsoever And I further ordaune

and apoynte my Honest Neighbor Henry Shorter and Henry Almond overseers of this my last will desyeringe

them to have a care in the performance in this my last will and testament and I give to them over and there charge

twelve pence apeece In Witness hereof I give has unto sett my hand and seal this first daie

of Octorber 1610 And in the eight yeare of the Reigne of or sovergne Lord by the grace of 

Kinge of England France and Ireland defender of the faith and of Scotland the fower and 

fortyeth
