In the name of God Amen I Daniel Foster of Colnbrook in the County of Bucks Gentleman do make my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give and devise unto my beloved Wife Sarah Foster all those my two freehold Messuages Cottages or Tenements Situate and being in Mill Lane in Colnbrook aforesaid in the parish of Langley Marish which I lately purchased of Mr Thomas Green and his wife with the appurtenances To have and to hold the same unto my said Wife her heirs and assigns forever and as to my personal estate of what kind or nature soever I give and bequeath the same unto my said Wife In Trust to dispose thereof amongst our Children in such manner as she shall think proper and I make and appoint my said Wife full and sole Executrix of this my Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and seal the first day of September in the Twenty fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty Danl Foster — Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator as in for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witnesses at the Request and in the presence of the said Testator and of each other Thos Bidle James Major Edward Reynolds
