In the name of God Amen I Samuel Holderness of Colnbrook in the parish of Langley Marish in the County of Bucks Cordwainer being of sound perfect mind memory and understanding do make and publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give devise and bequeath unto my Sister Elizabeth Holderness after all my just debts and funeral expences are paid and discharged all my Estates both real and personal ready money Bonds Notes and Book debts and also all my Stock in Trade Household Goods with all my personal and real Estates Goods and Chattels being of what king or nature soever To have and to hold all and singular my Estate and Effects aforesaid unto my said Sister Elizabeth Holderness my full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and do declare this only to stand and be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Samuel Holderness the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty – Samuel Holderness Signed sealed published and declared by the said Samuel Holderness the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto John Passingham Richd Howell The mark of John Phips
