In the name of God Amen I Henry West of Stanwell

 in the County of Middlesex Papermaker being sicke in 

Body but of sound and perfect mind; doe make my 

last will and testament in manner and form following

Impreimus I commit my soul to god who gave it; and 

my Body to the Earth from whence it came; and 

as touching as to my worldly Estate to I give and 

bequeath in manner following after my just debts 

and funeral expences are payed my will is that my 

wife and three children John Richard and Joseph

shall have share and share alike of all my

 personal estate and I make my son John West 

Executor of this my last will and testament in

witness whereof I have set my hand and seale this 

Thirty first of December on thousand six hundred ninety

and four
