Memorandum That on or about the Eighteenth day of June In the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred seventy four Lewis Davies late of Abberdenddiur in the parish of Dacccoweri in the County of Montgomery But at Colebrook in the County of Buck deceased lying then sick of the sickness whereof he died and being of perfect mind and sound memory And having a serious intent to settle and dispose of his Estate Did utter and declare his last Will and Testament uninterrupted in these or the like words in effect I Revoke all former wills by me made And I give our half of my Estate whatsoever To my Brother Evan Jones And the other halfe to be equally divided amongst the rest of my Brothers and Sisters which words or words to the very like in effect he being of perfect mind and sound memory uttered and declared for and as his last will and Testament in the presence and hearing of divers credible witnesses Witnesses hereunto Charles Richardson Jo Seymour
