In the name of god amen, James Barckeloy of Colbrocke in the 

Counties of Buckingham Baker in uppon or abowte Shrove Sondaye in the yeare of our Lord god

according to the compuation of the Churche of Englande one thousand fyve hundred eightie

twoe, being whole of bodye and of good and perfectt mynde and memorye made and ordayned

his last will and testament unrupative in manner and forme followinge That is to say

firste he bequeathed his sowle to allmightie god his creator and his bodye to the earthe where 

the same originallye came Item he gave and bequeathed all his worldlye goods cattalls chattells

and debts whatsoever due or any manner of waye belonginge or appertayning unto him the 

said James to his wellbeloved wife Agnes Barckeley whom he made and ordayned his sole and

only executrix of this his laste will and testament mucpatyve And he revoked and disannlled 

allsnd everie other will or wills by him at any time before made willinge and requiring this

onlye snd none other to stand and remayne in his full force In the presence of George Barckley
