In the name of God Amen the fourth day of August in the fourth year of the Raigne of our  Soveraigne Lord James the Second by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland King defender of the faith anno Domini One Thousand Six Hundred eighty eight I Samuel Saxon of Colebrooke in the Parish of Stanwell in the county of Middx Innholder being weake in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory  thankes be given to God for the same doe make and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner and forme following (that is to say) I committ my soule into the hands of Almighty God my creator and my body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named and my worldly Estate I dispose of as  followeth (vizt) Inprimis I give and bequeath unto my several sons and daughters hereafter in these presents mentioned the severall sums of Lawfull money of England hereafter severally and respectively mentioned ( that is to say ) to my son Anthony Saxon Ten Pounds to  my sone John Saxon Ten pounds to my sonn William Saxon Twenty pounds To my daughter Martha Beale five pounds to my daughter Mary Richardson Twenty pounds and to my daughter  Ann Thomson Twenty pounds to be respectively paid unto my said  sons and daughters within the terme of two years next ensuing  after my decease in full discharge and satisfaction of all claymes and  demands to be made by them or any of them out of my Estate or any  part thereof Item I give and bequeath unto my son Ralph Saxon  the sum of Twenty pounds lawfull money of England when he shall return or come alive into this Kingdom of England in full  discharge and satisfaction of all claimes and demands by him to be made out of  my Estate or any part there of But if it shall happen that my sayd Son Ralph Saxon shall dye or depart this life before he return or come  alive into England aforesaid Then I give and bequeath the said sume of Twenty pounds in manner and form following that is to say ten  Ten pounds part thereof unto my Granddaughter Mary Richardson and Ten pounds the remainder thereof I give and bequeath unto my  Grandson Samuell Saxon son of my son Samuell Saxon when they  shall respectively attaine to their severall and respective ages of one and twenty years Item I give and bequeath unto my grandson Samuell Saxon the son of my son Anthony Saxon the sum of Ten pounds Lawfull money of England to be paid unto him when he shall attaine to the  age of one and Twenty years Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandson John Beale the sum of five pounds Lawfull money of  England to be paid unto him at his Age of one and twenty years Item all the rest of my goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever (after my debts legacies and funeral expenses shall be satisfied and paid) I give and bequeath unto my Loving Wife Martha Saxon and  to my son Sameull Saxon equally to be divided between them share  and share alike Item I do hereby make constitute and appoint my  said wife Martha Saxon and my said sonn Samuell Saxon Executors of this my last Will and Testament In witness wherof I have hereunto  put my hand and seale the day and year first above written – Samuell Saxon – Sealed signed Published and declared by the said Testator Samuell Saxon to be his last Will and Testament the words (one and twenty years )  being being first interlines in the presence of The Mark of  Roger Eldrdge Sen
