This is the last Will and Testament of me

Robert Botterill of Colnbrook in the County of Bucks, victualler being sound and disposing

mind memory and understanding do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament as follows

I give and bequeath to my Granddaughter Sarah Ann Botterill daughter of my son William

Botterill my silver watch and trinkets attached marked Sarah I give and bequeath to my Grand

daughter Elizabeth Francis Botterill daughter of my aforesaid son William Botterill my other 

silver watch with its appendages I give and bequeath my wardrobe to my son William 

Botterill All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my property after my just 

debts funeral and testamentary expenses are paid I give and bequeath equally between my 

two sons William Botterill in addition to his bequest of the wardrobe and John Frederick

Botterill share and share alike but in case my said son John Frederick Botterill die before

me I then give and bequeath his respective share to my aforesaid son William Botterill

but in case my son William Botterill should die before me I then give and bequeath 

his respective share to his children then living equally between them share and share 

alike and lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my son William Botterill and my son

John Frederick Botterill joint Executors to this my Will hereby revoking all former Will

or Wills by my at any time heretofore made declaring this to be my last   In witness

whereof I have hereinto set my hand and seal this seventeenth day of September in the 

year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two   Robert Botterill   (RB)

Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator Robert Botterill as and got his last

Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence

of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto   Thos Heush Colnbrook
